How to submit
Papers must be submitted electronically through Microsoft's CMT (Conference Management Toolkit).

Please use the link ( https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/ICCBN2008 )
Click on "New User? Sign Up Here" to create your login ID and profile through the "Sign Up Wizard".

Camera Ready Paper Submissions

Only PDF files will be accepted for camera ready copies.
